After you have received your user name and password you may proceed with your order. As each job is printed on a to-order basis, 50% of the payment is required before work can commence on your job. When the 50% payment is received your order will be considered as confirmed and we will start working on it. After confirmation, no changes or cancellations can be made.
In order to confirm your order you will receive an email with our bank account details. After your 50% payment is received, we will proceed with your order. In 7-10 working days considered from the day the payment has been received, your order will be ready and sent to the address, provided from you. The remaining 50% of the amount will be paid to the courier service, when your order is delivered.

Your products will be delivered within 3 working days for Sofia and 5 in the country.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Please choose carefully. Due to the nature of our work and time involved in creating our stationery, we cannot refund payment once the design process and printing has begun.
Refunds can be made only in case that the product has been received with some damages.
The client can return a product within 7 (seven) days of the receipt of the ware according to the Article 55, Paragraph 1 of the Law for the Protection of Customers (LPC) on the condition that it is in the state in which it was received. The exceptions to this rule are these that are regulated in LPC.
